How to add RD license servers to a win8 host

Here is the steps of how to add a RD license server to a win8 host.

 

 

Issue illustration:

The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server License Servers available to provide a license. Please contact the server administrator.

 

Add the role and feature:

After the role is added, go to the dashboard and locate to the RDS overview.

 

 

Add the license server for RDS use; otherwise, a computer can only be used by two people simultaneously when the 120 days RDS license grace period is due.

 

 

PS: thd RD license servers cannot be searched automatically as in WIN 2008 R2 SP1 operating system.
