ActiveMQ持久化Oracle数据源设置

ActiveMQ设置持久化需要在安装目录的lib中添加三个jar包
commons-dbcp-1.4.jar
commons-pool-1.6.jar
ojdbc14.jar

ActiveMq一直不能启动，报错为"发现了以元素 'bean' 开头的无效内容"，反复检查activemq.xml中的内容都是没有问题，
最后还是重新解压缩activemq压缩包，重新配置后启动服务就是时正常了

当前使用的是apache-activemq-5.15.10-bin.zip
java 是1.8.0_171
