install samba for share file between win and ubuntu

step 1:

sudo apt-get install samba

sudo apt-get insatll smbfs

you may need to remove the previous version
sudo apt-get remove ...

step 2:

vim /etc/samba/smb.conf

uncomment    security = user

add the flowing script to the end

[share]
  
comment = Shared Folder with username and password
  
path = /home/username/share
  
public = no
  
writable = yes
  
valid users = username
  
create mask = 0700
  
directory mask = 0700
  
force user = nobody
  
force group = nogroup
  
available = yes
  
browseable = no

step 3;

smbd restart
