超快速搭建Vue3 + Vite + Cesium 开发环境

发现一个大神写的插件，使用非常方便

包含了 TypeScript 和 JavaScript 两种选择。自带 Cesium ES6 API 语法提示，自带 dev server，保存代码实时刷新。

创建项目后，有些包有些老，package.json手动更新下
