执行以下命令时：

yum -y remove readline

出现错误：
Error: Trying to remove “yum”, which is protected

首先查看软件是否安装极其版本

yum list readline

结果如下：

Loaded plugins: product-id, refresh-packagekit, security, subscription-manager
Available Packages
readline.i686           6.0-4.el6         iso
readline.x86_64

问题分析：
应该是要卸载的依赖项包含yum或正在被yum使用，无法卸载。

解决办法 ：
只卸载readline，忽略依赖项，使用“–nodeps”参数

[root@test ~]# rpm -e --nodeps readline.i686
error: package readline.i686 is not installed
[root@test ~]# rpm -e --nodeps readline
[root@test ~]# rpm -e --nodeps readline.x86_64
error: package readline.x86_64 is not installed
[root@test ~]# rpm -e --nodeps readline.i686
error: package readline.i686 is not installed

出现如下提示符说明卸载完成
error: package readline.i686 is not installed
