Scenario:

Josh is the coach of an U13 mixed soccer team. After a series of big wins early in the season, the team has recently been promoted to the first division. The new division is definitely more challenging but the team continues to achieve good outcomes, with a few wins and one draw across the last few matches. Josh, however, notices that despite the good outcomes, not everybody on the team seems to be enjoying themselves as much as before.
