实际操作方法如下:

先搜索 default_app.manifest   ,xe7在这里

C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\15.0\bin\default_app.manifest

复制到你想要的文件夹

修改其中 权限项目.

在自己的项目文件中设置custom manifest.

具体位置在这:

project->options->application->Runtime themes->use custom manifest->上述文件位置.

重新编译即可.
