产品经理-Microsoft Launcher（北京）

Responsibilities：

You will be responsible for owning and driving mobile app features, including early research, design and roadmap planning, data collection, and results analysis. You will work closely with Design and Engineering as well as internal and external partner teams to envision and build the next generation of cross-device experiences using detailed specifications with a customer focus. You will design and run feature experiments and utilize results to inform our product direction. You will also be encouraged to respond to customers by influencing our product plan based on user feedback. Responsibilities：

The Senior Program Managers work with setting directions, navigating priorities and defining requirements and roadmaps for features and products. We work closely with engineering teams on planning and executing work (projects and scrum backlog activities) and with coordinating deliverables with partner teams - both within local SharePoint teams and with other development teams in Norway and the US. The ideal Senior Program Manager is a customer/ market oriented person with strong product and project management skills, solid technical understanding with abilities to “go deep”, and great interpersonal skills for coordination with engineering teams and partner teams in Norway, US and several other countries.

Responsibilities：

As a Program Manager for this role, you will work closely with engineering team, partner teams and end-to-end Program Managers in Redmond, to design and validate the features for the Teams App Cloud Services to support custom Teams App, identify key areas of opportunities and integrate with other Microsoft cloud services. You will accomplish this through a variety of activities including:

• contributing to the vision and approach of user-friendly, state-of-art cloud service to provide world-class developing experience for Teams App.
• representing the Teams App developer service for all service on-boarding, compliance, security, integration, support and operation tasks and processes.

Responsibilities

This position is for an Engineer to develop new features, drive down costs of goods shipped (COGS) for the service and resource utilization. The service is a highly performing, distributed, highly available and resilient systems. This is a service that has to scale from a few thousands of very active users to millions of lightly active users so your skills in choosing the right data structures and algorithms will be challenged very heavily. Your responsibility will be to analyze, design and implement improvements to implement new features while reducing COGS and drive those changes across a big product group.

Basic Qualifications：

Preferred Qualifications：

Experience developing and testing computer software and/or online services.
