xdebug poll success, but error: Operation now in progress

在使用docker作为环境，使用xdebug的时候出现下面的错误：
W: Creating socket for ‘172.17.0.1:9001’, poll success, but error: Operation now in progress (29).
E: Could not connect to client. ?

在网上找了答案：
修改xdebug的配置为

xdebug.remote_host=host.docker.internal
xdebug.remote_connect_back = 0

原因：连接不了客户端，因为我们主机9001是拒绝连接了，我在docker中使用telnet 172.17.0.1 9001
提示

Trying 172.17.0.1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

为此我们使用host.docker.internal让它自动获取主机的地址
