Oracle中sql*plus登录问题

一：问题描述：在本地安装了Oracle后少数情况下需要链接sql*plus，这个东东在本地登录时会跳出这个窗口(这个窗口死活登不上，当然也可能是我的配置有问题)：

用户名和口令一般为sys 和 root （当然设置不同会有不同结果），但是不理解这个主机字串是神马东东，然后就是一系列的登陆不上。。。

二：解决方案  

可以从网页上登录进去，get the url : http://localhost:1158/em  or http://your internet ip : your netword port/em and take it to your IEand plus the Enter ，input you username : sys and you password : root ,you can find ,make it ,isn't it ?
