Note, I am using Fedora 24, the steps might be a little different from Windows and Mac.
* Set up the environment:

Liferay IDE is ready?

* Set up the environment:
Approach 1 to start :
1: Go to tomcat dictionary: cd /home/david/liferay-ce/liferay-ce-portal-7.0-ga3/tomcat-8.0.32/bin/
2: Start tomcat by command: ./catalina.sh jpda run
Approach 2 to start :
1: Go to Liferay IDE dictionary: ./eclipse
2: Click "No server are available, Click....."
3: Click "Finish", then "Runtime environment".
4: Right click "Start".
