字符串国际化配置

第一步：新建下面properties两个文件，代表 一个英文，一个中文，还可以新建别的语言
hello_en_US.properties
hello_zh_CN.properties
内容如下：

zsc=hello
zsc=你好

第二步：配置ApplicationContext.xml文件，可以分开写在别的xml文件里

第三步：JAVA 应用

        //获取properties文件里key＝zsc的vlue值。  Locale.SIMPLIFIED_CHINESE：表示中文；Locale.US：表示英文
        String wor=context.getMessage("zsc",null,"default", Locale.US);
        System.out.println(wor);
