【NPM】fatal: remote error: npm ERR The unauthenticated git protocol on port 9418 is no longer sup

背景：
因为一起居家办公，把代码从远程clone下来之后，发现使用npm install一直失败。
提示的错误：fatal: remote error: npm ERR The unauthenticated git protocol on port 9418 is no longer supported.
然后找了好多解决方案也没有解决，认真看报错信息，发现有个github的链接，点击进去也访问不了，只好放弃，然后去翻译一下上面提示因为github的安全机制升级导致的问题。
