使用DBA_DDL_LOCKS视图获得DDL锁定信息

1.查询所有DDL lock的信息

2.如果提示没有这个视图,可以在sys用户下执行$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catblock.sql脚本进行创建(这个脚本还包含其他一些非常有意义的锁相关视图)
