IllegalArgumentException : y + height must be <= bitmap.height()

 网上找的一个截屏的代码，出现这个错误， 模拟器没问题，手机给出问题了.......

   以上代码是我加了处理的， 很乱~

 解决方法是看下面网站  不看源码的孩子伤不起啊!!!

   慎用Bitmap.createBitmap   http://www.mclouder.com/portal.php?mod=view&aid=10

  翻看Bitmap.java，找到createBitmap都是调用的这个重构方法：
