在多次重启服务的时候抱着个错误，解决办法是在maven中执行clear

容器运行之后 order-service 一直保如上的错误，而 user-service 却可以正常访问，将 nacos 的连接信息单独抽取出来放到中提高优先级，重新打包并且放到主机上部署（最好先删除之前已经打包过的镜像）参考：https://blog.csdn.net/m0_56864757/article/details/124996361。

此异常为 nacos服务地址 错误导致的，配置中心地址结尾不能带斜杠（切记）否则会报异常。将上图中的配置中心地址结尾处的斜杠去掉就可以正常读取了，注册中心地址结尾最好也不要带斜杠。
