1, 引入Nuget包 Microsoft.AspNetCore.Hosting.WindowsServices
2, Program修改为如下:

    public class Program
    {
        public static void Main(string[] args)
        {
            var isService = !(Debugger.IsAttached || args.Contains("--console"));

            if (isService)
            {
                var pathToExe = Process.GetCurrentProcess().MainModule.FileName;
                var pathToContentRoot = Path.GetDirectoryName(pathToExe);
                Directory.SetCurrentDirectory(pathToContentRoot);
            }

            var builder = CreateWebHostBuilder(
                args.Where(arg => arg != "--console").ToArray());

            var host = builder.Build();

            if (isService)
            {
                host.RunAsService();
            }
            else
            {
                host.Run();
            }
        }

        public static IWebHostBuilder CreateWebHostBuilder(string[] args) =>
            WebHost.CreateDefaultBuilder(args)
                .ConfigureLogging((hostingContext, logging) =>
                {
                    logging.AddEventLog();

3, 修改项目配置文件 xxxxx.csproj
在PropertyGroup中添加

<RuntimeIdentifier>win7-x64</RuntimeIdentifier>

例如:

  <PropertyGroup>
    <TargetFramework>netcoreapp2.2</TargetFramework>
    <RuntimeIdentifier>win7-x64</RuntimeIdentifier>
    <SelfContained>false</SelfContained>
    <IsTransformWebConfigDisabled>true</IsTransformWebConfigDisabled>
  </PropertyGroup>

4, 发布
dotnet publish --configuration Release --output c:\svc
5, 安装
打开命令行用打包出来的exe文件创建windows服务
sc create MyService binPath=“C:\svc\SampleApp.exe”

然后手动到服务里面启动服务或者 sc start MyService
