出现这个问题是因为php与nginx没有配置好，解决方法如下：

vim /etc/php/7.2/fpm/pool.d/www.conf
listen.allowed_clients = 127.0.0.1
listen = 9000
systemctl reload php7.2-fpm.service
nginx -s reload
