Oracle启动报错：memory_target needs larger /dev/shm
现象：
Oracle启动不了，alert日志报下错：

WARNING: You are trying to use the MEMORY_TARGET feature. This feature requires the /dev/shm file system to be mounted for at least 22548578304 bytes. /dev/shm is either not mounted or is mounted with available space less than this size. Please fix this so that MEMORY_TARGET can work as expected. Current available is 18584068096 and used is 13628186624 bytes.
memory_target needs larger /dev/shm

Process m000 died, see its trace file

分析：
原因为shm太小，需要加大。
解决方法：
1.# mount -t tmpfs shmfs -o size=21g /dev/shm
要想永久生效，需要修改/etc/fstab：
shmfs /dev/shm tmpfs size=21g 0
