错误信息 ：无法访问Provider 项目服务接口地址。

解决办法一：

1、Ribbon 移除负载均衡配置

2、访问Provider 服务接口URL地址全路径

效果测试：

此方法缺陷：无法使用负载均衡策略

解决办法二：

1、Ribbon 添加负载均衡配置

2、访问Provider 服务在Eureka 服务注册器上得名称。

温馨提示：开启@LoadBalanced 负载均衡后，Provider 得访问地址=http://Provider 在Eurake 服务器上注册名称/Provider项目名称/业务URL地址
