3.< dependencyManagement >标签的作用

• 锁定版本，当子模块中用到该标签下的依赖时，不需要指定版本，子模块会去父模块中找到版本并进行依赖下载。
• 该标签只作为一种声明，实际依赖的引入还是要各个子某块显示的引入，只不过不用声明版本号，这样做的好处是，方便依赖的版本号的统一维护。
