choose，when，otherwise

妈妈再也不用担心拼接sql语句时候多了一个where 多了一个逗号啦！

foreach

muti-db vendor support

一个配置了"_databaseId"变量的databaseIdProvider对于动态代码来说是可用的，这样就可以根据不同的数据库厂商构建特定的语句。
