pip关于“Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available.”的解决方法

最近在windows下使用anaconda（2018.12），pip命令的时候遇到“Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available.”的问题，逛了几圈论坛，发现其余方法太过冗长。

几经搜索，查到了解决方法（https://github.com/conda/conda/issues/8046）

iAhsanJaved  的解决方法如下

下载OpenSSL——官方网址：https://www.openssl.org/

官方只提供源码，也可通过第三方网站下载exe软件：https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html

注意找到系统对应的版本号！
