Cuda 11.4不支持VS2015，添加模板之后也编译不过。会有MSB3721编译报错问题。

The nvcc flag '-allow-unsupported-compiler' can be used to override this version check; however, using an unsupported host compiler may cause compilation failure or incorrect run time execution.
