maven中报错：Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins（pom.xml）文件中第一行报错

  在建立的maven工程中很多时候能遇见pom.xml中第一行报错：Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:pom:2.7.1 from http://repo1.maven.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced

当你不去管这个问题的时候，发现不影响maven工程的正常运行，但是总是看到pom文件和项目上有小红叉感觉很不爽，这里注意之前的博客中提到的xml文件第一行报错的解决方法并不适用（详见http://blog.csdn.net/zlj1217/article/details/61432437）。

解决方法：更新maven工程即可，这个错误联想到是跟缓存相关。右键工程->maven->update projects，选中报错的工程即可。
