1、在python官网上面下载python，我使用的是2.7版本；
2、安装后，在环境变量里面添加，设置完后，在cmd里输入python -V判断是否安装成功；
3、在http://httpd.apache.org/官网上下载Apache，我下载的版本是httpd-2.4.23-x64.zip；
4、在Apache目录里找到conf/httpd.conf 文件进行更改：
（1） 添加ScriptInterpreterSource Registry
（2） 更改Listen 80 端口号
（3） 找到AddHandler cgi-script，去掉前面的#，在后面加上.py
（4） 找到Options Indexes FollowSymLinks，在其后加上ExecCGI, 去掉 Indexes
（5） 保存，重启apache
5、编写简单代码如下，保存为hello.py，放置在Apache目录下的cgi-bin文件夹里：

6、通过浏览器运行http://localhost:8202/cgi-bin/hello.py，即可查看
