npm install 报networkproxy问题

这是网络代理的问题：
解决方法如下：

• 先配置代理
  http://自己的用户名：密码@代理地址：端口号 回车

npm config set proxy=http://username:password@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080

• 配置镜像源
  因为配置的淘宝的不能使用，就重新改回了npm的，果然可以下载包了。

npm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org

npm config get registry
