Spring boot自动将对象转换为JSON

针对现在的restful风格的获取，需要对返回的数据进行JSON化，尤其是时间类的转换格式；

不单独配置会出现时间（date）传送到前端为时间串,非格式化

继续WebMvcConfigurerAdapter类，重写configureMessageConverters方法
