A future goal and how you will achieve it

      my father told me: whatever you want to do  ,set a goal first .  this is a good idea to help us to achieve our goal. But it is hard for us to finish it.we always give up the goal at the last minute.
       I divide my goal into  the small goals that I can finished by one day.  but I will feel guilty ,if I can't finish it on time. so  I always feel guilty and give myself too more press until I can't  assume it .  
      why should I feel guilty. I don't know why , but I know I shouldn't feel guilty. I should award to myself ,if I can finish the goals on time. If I can't finish the goals , that 's ok , I am a normal human ,not a sage
