沟通时发生错误的远程主机。错误代码为0 x800703e3。

今天在服务器上发现好多如下报错的问题，在网上没有找到是什么原因，于是自己搞了一下，说下自己发现的原因

原因：这是远程下载文件，当你点击取消的时候，就会出现上面错误；或者在打开保存对话框时，断网了，也会出现；所以估计这样都给算为网络中断了；所以我认为这个问题可以不用改正
