[windows] CommandNotFoundError: Your shell has not been properly configured to use ‘conda activate‘

issue:
在windows系统下输入conda activate时，报错：

CommandNotFoundError: Your shell has not been properly configured to use 'conda activate'.
If your shell is Bash or a Bourne variant, enable conda for the current user with

    $ echo ". D:\anaconda/etc/profile.d/conda.sh" >> ~/.bashrc

or, for all users, enable conda with

    $ sudo ln -s D:\anaconda/etc/profile.d/conda.sh /etc/profile.d/conda.sh

The options above will permanently enable the 'conda' command, but they do NOT
put conda's base (root) environment on PATH.  To do so, run

    $ conda activate

in your terminal, or to put the base environment on PATH permanently, run

    $ echo "conda activate" >> ~/.bashrc

Previous to conda 4.4, the recommended way to activate conda was to modify PATH in
your ~/.bashrc file.  You should manually remove the line that looks like

    export PATH="D:\anaconda/bin:$PATH"

^^^ The above line should NO LONGER be in your ~/.bashrc file! ^^^

在网上找了一圈，均是在linux系统下的，使用source activate和source deactivate激活；最后自己尝试后发现，在windows系统下，使用activate激活即可。

activate

激活后，再输入conda activate xx即可。
后续：
在vscode中输入conda activate xx时，仍然遇到这个问题，抓狂。在网上搜了用power shell 去conda init均不行，后来发现vscode的terminal的后端就是powershell,将他改成cmd 后，一切都好了。。
