A. Buy the String(思维+贪心)

题意：0和1，取0和1各自有代价，还有一个把0转化成1和1转化成0的共有代价H。

思路：贪心，如果能转化一定全转最优，不然就一个都不转化。考虑两个全转化的情况和不变的情况。取最值。
