车牌识别(九)模板比较

就是把缩放后的图片,与事先准备好的模板进行比较,找到最优解,再输入车牌。

我这里用了与原作者不同的方法,原方法简单字符与复杂字比只会白点越少
而我所采用的就是在比较的时候,如果两点都为白色,则为黑色
如果两点不相同,则为白色,这样只有最相似的字白点才会最少
举个例子:

可以看到,比较两个完全不同的字,结果中的白点,只会比原来的多,如果比较两个相似的图片,白点就少了,白点越少就是最优解
