1  创建全局自定义配置 

@Configuration//一定要加

    @Bean //将自定义拦截器注册到spring bean中

    }

    @Override
    public void addInterceptors(InterceptorRegistry registry){
        //addPathPatterns("/**") 拦截任意请求
        //excludePathPatterns("/user/login","/login") 排除拦截请求
