RTX发现OS 10038错误日志，导致出现超大TXT文件

软件名称：RTX 2008 Formal(8.0.347.401)

日志路径：安装目录\Tencent\RTXServer\httpsvr\logs

日志文件：error.log

发生现象：进程占用一直100%，并且该文件以每秒几十KB的速度增长。

解决方案及原因：某些软件修改了Winsock所致，进行Winsock修复即可，CMD命令如下（执行完命令之后，重启HTTP服务）：

netsh winsock reset
