安装 rhel7 devtoolset-8
source /opt/rh/devtoolset-8/enable 使能gcc8
编译并安装admsXml
解压ngspice源码，解压ngspice-adms-va.7z到 ngspice源码目录下 src/spicelib/devices/
./autogen.sh --adms
mkdir build
cd build
…/configure --with-x --enable-xspice --disable-debug --enable-cider --with-readline=yes --enable-openmp --enable-adms
