SYMPTOMS

When attempting to access forms, the following error occurs.

FRM-92120 Registry file https://host:port/OA_JAVA/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat is missing

 

CHANGES

Implementation of TLS 1.0 in EBS 

CAUSE

The OHS Patch 25859264 was missing after TLS implementation 

SOLUTION

Workaround :

1.Backup $FORMS_WEB_CONFIG_FILE

2. Make the following change in $FORMS_WEB_CONFIG_FILE

FROM:

registryPath=/OA_JAVA/oracle/apps/fnd/formsClient

TO:

;registryPath=/OA_JAVA/oracle/apps/fnd/formsClient
registryPath=/OA_JAVA/oracle/forms/registry

3. cp $JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/fnd/formsClient/OracleApplications.dat $JAVA_TOP/oracle/forms/registry/OracleApplications.dat

4.Run Autoconfig

5. Clear java and browser cache and retest the issue

 

Solution :

Apply the patch 25859264
