整合关键点

hibernate对象交给Spring创建

1.Hibernate的SessionFactory对象交给Spring创建
2.Hibernate事务交给spring声明式事务管理。

SSH整合：
SessionFactory:启动的时候初始化，整个应用都有效；因此创建的工作，交给spring管理。

加载hibernate配置文件去整合

用的是spring4+hibernate4的jar包，但是总是失败，unwrap javax.sql.dataSource

连接池方式

将datasource直接在bean.xml中配置，然后sessionFactory直接使用，这种方式成功了。
记录配置文件如下
