代码说明:1.link表示带连接的文字的状态,text-decoration表示文字的状态,供选择的参数有:

                    none(没有下划线),underline(有下划线).color表示文字的颜色.overline（上划线）

                   line-through（删除线），blink则是使文字闪烁。

                 2.active表示访问过的连接的状态,用法和link一样的.

                 3.hover表示访问时的状态.
