Welcome to the DU Browser Mini mobile application. By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to our collection, storage,use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

 

YOUR CONSENT TO DATA COLLECTION FROM YOUR DEVICE

 

       You provide your consent to the collection of the data described above only for the purpose of analyzing, evaluating, reviewing and improving the user experience of DU Browser Mini.

       Your participation in the User Experience Program is completelyvoluntary. You decision whether to take part or not to take part will have noeffect on your access to DU Browser Mini.

       By installing and launching DU Browser Mini, you agree toparticipate in DU Browser Mini User Experience Program subject to this User Experience Program Policy (the “UEP Policy”). 

       The User Experience Program aims to analyze and improve yourmobile app user experience based on direct communications with you (e.g.,email), understanding your preferences and usage patterns on DU Apps Studiomobile apps and other third party apps that run on your device, and using thisinformation to continuously enhance the user experience of our products andservices. Participation in this program will not affect your access to or useof other mobile products or services. Participation in this program is notintended or designed to interrupt or interfere with your mobile activity (suchas by imposing pop-up dialog boxes, or requiring mail or telephone surveys,etc.).

 

       Our User Experience Program collects the following types ofinformation:

       1. General usage statistics:  including statistics and dataabout the frequency DU Browser Mini is being used, at what times, for how long,and other data associated with your usage of our mobile apps or services and ofthird-party apps (e.g., how many times a user clicks on a third party app, thetypes of third party apps installed on your device, and other technical activityinformation about the app such as the apps icon and what apps are running onyou device at different times);

       2. Function usage statistics:  including all aspects of how youuse our app, product and service features and functionality;

       3. Application error logs:  error procedures or alerts will bereported via error logs, so that we can accurately locate the cause of theerror, study it, and improve product quality;

       4. Data about your device: including IMEI(International Mobile Equipment Identity) of your mobile device, mobile deviceID numbers; WLAN status and information about your internet connection (such asyour IP address and ISP);

       5. Location data: information about the geographic location ofyour device when DU Apps Studio apps, products and services suffer an error orcrash;

       6. Direct communications with you: feedback and other informationwe collect through communications with you.

      

How your data isused:

 

       Data collected will be used only for the purpose of analyzing,evaluating, reviewing and improving the user experience of DU Browser Mini. Werespect your privacy and will not share your information with any third party(other than our contracted service providers) and will not use your informationfor other commercial purposes, unless we obtain your consent.

       International Transfers of the information we collect: 

       The information we collect may be transferred to and stored incountries outside of the jurisdiction you are in. Some of these jurisdictionsoffer differing levels of protection for the information and may, in certaininstances, be less protective than the jurisdiction you are typically residentin.
