如何使用VLFeat

这是我的一点体会，不足之处，还望指教。

1、使用VLFeat

每次开启MATLAB时，将vlfeat\vlfeat-0.9.18-bin\vlfeat-0.9.18\toolbox目录下的vl_setup.m添加到MATLAB中，点击运行，会报错

com.mathworks.xml.XMLValidator.validate(...

    'd:\softwarepackages\vlfeat\vlfeat-0.9.18-bin\vlfeat-0.9.18\toolbox\info.xml',...

    'D:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2009a\sys\namespace\info\v1\info.xsd', true)

 

Errors:

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element

'help_contents_icon'. One of '{product_name_ends_with_type, help_addon, preference_panel, dialogpref_registrar,

project_plugin, state_item, list}' is expected.

忽略。

然后运行你自己的文件就行了。

2、使用使用VLFeat中的demo

在command window输入

>> vl_setup demo

 

>> vl_demo_sift_basic

即可。
