14-wp 定位

LBS（Location Based Service)基于位置的服务，也叫做，MPS(Mobile Position Service).

产生来源：美国的一起绑架案，受害者拨打了911急救电话，但是不能够定位的受害人的位置信息，由此而产生了手机的定位服务。
