Hello everyone welcome back to my channel, I’m Ethan.
Today, I want to 练习 my spoken English by no script.
I woke up at 8 am., then I go to the bathroom, use the toilet and washing my face and brushing my teeth. Then, I lay in the couch to play on my phone until 9 am..
It’s time to live for work, so I put on my clothes and shoose , and then, I drive my electranecle car to my office.
It hason’t been busy today, so I have a lot of time to spent on my phone, I don’t spent time to study English, sorry about that.
At 15:30, I 认识到 I need to learn some English, then, I writ this script, it has a lot of mistacs. When I finished, I use the chatgpt to 检查修正它。
Let‘s see what’s wrong there.
Here’s a revised version of your script with notes on the differences in expression compared to a native speaker:

**Revised Script:**
Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel. I’m Ethan.
Today, I want to practice my spoken English without a script.
I woke up at 8 a.m., then I went to the bathroom, used the toilet, washed my face, and brushed my teeth. After that, I lay on the couch and played on my phone until 9 a.m.
It was time to leave for work, so I put on my clothes and shoes, then drove my electric scooter to the office.
It hasn’t been busy today, so I had a lot of time to spend on my phone. Unfortunately, I didn’t spend any time studying English—sorry about that.
At 3:30 p.m., I realized I needed to learn some English, so I wrote this script. It has a lot of mistakes. When I finished, I used ChatGPT to check and correct it.
Let’s see what’s wrong here.

**Differences and Notes:**
1. **Tense and Verb Forms:**
- "Go" should be in the past tense as "went" to match "woke up" and "brushed."
- "Use" should be "used" to maintain consistency in tense.
- "Washing" should be "washed" for the same reason.
2. **Prepositions and Articles:**
- "Lay in the couch" should be "lay on the couch." The correct preposition for lying down on a surface is "on."
- "Play on my phone" is correct, but some might also say "played with my phone" depending on context.
3. **Word Choice:**
- "Drive my electranecle car" should be "drove my electric scooter" (or "electric bike") as "car" typically refers to a four-wheeled vehicle, and "electranecle" is a misspelling of "electrical."
- "Hason’t been busy" should be "hasn’t been busy." The extra "o" is a typo.
- "Spent" is correct but should be in past tense consistently. "Don’t" should be "didn’t."
4. **Phrasing and Expression:**
- "I realized I needed to learn some English" is a more natural way to express "认识到."
- "Then, I writ this script" should be "then, I wrote this script."
- "It has a lot of mistacs" should be "it has a lot of mistakes," correcting the spelling.
- "Use the chatgpt to 检查修正它" should be "used ChatGPT to check and correct it." This expression is much clearer and avoids the Chinese phrase.
By focusing on verb tense, prepositions, and word choice, your script will sound much more natural to native speakers. Great job on practicing without a script!
