java中的IO流

mkdir创建一级目录；mkdirs创建多级目录；delete删除空目录或文件；

5.IO流原理及流的分类：

输入input:读取外部数据（磁盘，光盘，等存储设备的数据）到程序 （内存）中；

输出output: 将程序（内存）数据输出到磁盘，光盘等存储设备中；

inputStream,OutputStream, Reader,Writer,都是抽象类，不能被实例化（new）

6.1遇到的问题：

当把文件拷贝到c盘当中去的时候，需要权限，所以会报这个错误，改一下位置就行；
