摘 要
本文针对高校绩效管理中存在的考核繁多、程序复杂、管理层次多等问题,从师资队伍建设管理、教学和人才培养管理、学生工作管理、科研和社会服务管理、综合管理等方面提出开发一套综合绩效管理系统。通过进行需求分析、体系结构设计、数据库设计及功能详细设计,实现了综合绩效评价系统各模块的功能并对系统未来的研究方向进行了展望。该系统以MVC结构作为开发架构,能较好地支持主体多元化和评价方式多样化,过程评价与最终评价相结合的科学评价体系,符合国家教育改革发展的要求和趋势,具有较好的推广前景。

Abstract
This paper aims at the problems of many kinds of assessment, complicated procedure and many levels of management in the performance management of colleges and universities, and puts forward a set of integrated performance management system from the aspects of teacher building management, teaching and talent training management, student work management, scientific research and social service management, integrated management and so on. Through requirements analysis, architecture design, database design and function detailed design, the functions of each module of the integrated performance evaluation system are realized and the future research direction of the system is prospected. Based on the MVC structure, the system can support the diversification of subjects and evaluation methods, process evaluation and final evaluation The combined scientific evaluation system is in line with the requirements and trends of national educational reform and development, and has a good prospect of popularization.
