前言：

综合运用本学期所学内容及个人自学知识，使用HarmonyOS 4.0及以上版本开发一款具有实用性和创新性的移动应用软件。

项目介绍：

黑马健康是一个健康类型的APP，它提供给用户记录饮食，记录锻炼的功能，提供健康的饮食记录，有利于用户的健康生活，同时也可以给想减肥的帅哥美女们提供一个参考，参考食物的脂肪，蛋白质，热量，了解不同运动消耗的热量。

项目总结：

欢迎界面的弹窗，同意或否需要持久化保存，另外此时加载首选项也要在程序入口类进行变化，如下：

Builder是构造器

CustomDialog装饰器先不需要初始化，只需要声明，什么时候用的时候再进行初始化

还有一点题外话：我是先做完的整个项目，又来写的这个项目过程，有的也许会涉及到一些后来声明的方法声明的变量调用的对象方法等
