5.部署 OneAgent
Deploying OneAgent
Deploying Dynatrace to your environment is designed to be simple.
Everything you need to get started is in the Dynatrace Hub.
Use the search field to quickly locate the OneAgent technology link.
The Dynatrace OneAgent is a package of light-weight code modules that automatically discovers and monitors all running processes within your environment.
Note that if you wish to use an ActiveGate in your environment, we recommend installing that component first.
This will ensure that OneAgent connects to the ActiveGate immediately to use it as a proxy connection.
Before installing OneAgent, confirm that you have the following:
A login for the Dynatrace web portal, administrator credentials for all of the servers you want to monitor, rights and permissions to restart services,
and administrative rights to change firewall settings if your routing policy will prevent the Dynatrace software from talking to the internet.
There are also disk space and specific requirements based on the operating system.
From the host you want to monitor, select the Set up to begin, and choose your platform.
For Windows installation, you will first be prompted to either create a new PaaS token or enter the existing token for the server.
If you wish, select the Create token and save the token in a safe place - it will only be displayed once and can’t be recovered.
Next, you may choose to designate custom OneAgent options for the server.
Here, you can set your preferred monitoring mode, network zones, host groups and names, custom tags and properties, and enable capture of application-level log files.
Once you have made any optional selections, select Download OneAgent installer and run the OneAgent installer executable.
During installation, you are prompted for installation options.
These use the form ‘set parameter value.’
For example, you can set the host group or infrastructure monitoring mode.
For platforms such as Linux, AIX, or Solaris, after setting your PaaS token, begin by selecting the installation options, such as the architecture type, log options, and monitoring mode.
You’re then provided with wget commands and instructions to run the installer on the target host. Just copy and paste.
For container platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift, Dynatrace OneAgent is containeraware.
Outside of the standard option fields, OneAgent installation requires a Dynatrace Operator token, a combination of PaaS and API tokens.
Once the options are set, instructions for Kubernetes or OpenShift are provided.
Azure Web Apps and Cloud Foundry use PaaS integration for monitoring.
And monitoring instructions for cloud platforms such as AWS Lambda functions, Azure functions, and Google Cloud functions are also provided through the Hub.
For a full and up-to-date list of installation options, be sure to check the documentation for your platform.
The Deployment Status page provides a list of active OneAgent hosts, ActiveGates, and Network zones.
Toggle the switch to view only newly connected OneAgent hosts, or use the drop-down menu to view active hosts by timeframe.
If you have multiple OneAgents deployed, you can filter the list.
The OneAgent version and whether Global Monitoring is enabled are displayed.
Select the Details caret for a list of processes, and drill-down selections to configure or edit monitoring.
The Details section also provides information about processes that are or aren’t monitored, need to be restarted, or if there are issues that need your attention.
