走了一些弯路，把解决方案写出来共勉。

第一步：安装node-gyp

npm install -g node-gyp

第二步：安装python27

Python 2.7.0 Release | Python.org

2.1 安装Python27

2.2 配置Python环境变量

2.3 npm配置

C:\Users\test>npm config set python "C:\Program_Apps\Python27\python.exe"

C:\Users\test>npm config set node_gyp "C:\Program Files\nodejs\node_global\node_modules\node-gyp\bin\node-gyp.js"

第三步：安装vs-sdk

npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

本地最好配置一下淘宝镜像源，以上三步完成后。重新执行命令，执行成功！
