So So So……

Morning Memories

Waking at the break of morning,
Memories pass without warning.
Opening my eyes, I clearly see,
Images of only you and me.

Throughout the day I reflect on you,
Rose petal softness touched by morning dew.
Your swanlike grace and ornamental poise,
Give spendor and unite all life's joys.

Together combined, are strength and grace,
Bound by love to win life's race.
And in the shadows of my mind,
You and me together are what I find!



Messengers of Love

Are they not all ministering spirits
sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? 



Come, For All Things are Now Ready!



Child's Prayer

By day the Lord directs his love
at night his song is with me - a prayer to the God of my life



Birth of a King

I am the light of the world
he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness
but shall have the light of life.



Baptism

As soon as Jesus was baptized
he went up out of the water
At that moment heaven was opened
and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on him



THE BATTLE RAGES ON! 
The battle rages...
with the sound of pounding hoofs.
The battle rages. 
Everything about me shook.

I hear the clashing of the steel...
The quaking of the wings.
Principalities are warring...
In the battle of the King.

Both sides are strong and powerful....
riding in with flashing swords of gold.
The stampeding angels battle on...
to the victor goes my very soul.

Satan knows his grasp is slipping
As I reach out to touch the Light...
He calls each of his tormentors,
refusing to give up the furious fight.

The battle rages...
As he shouts hell's battle cry!
I won't loose you from my grip!
It's folly to even try.

And then from the depths of hell,
Rides angel 'Torment' on his steed.
Right behind him is 'Confusion' and...
Oh, God... it's you I need!

The hoofs are pounding...
As mighty wings beat against the air.
I cling to truths and promises...
Knowing You are standing there.

And so the battle rages!
Angels wearing shields of gold.
The battle rages on...
'till the day that I am told...

You have returned in triumph.
Satan is defeated... the battle's won.
Until then, within my soul there is a struggle.
And... The battle rages on!



AMONG THESE THINGS

My children if you doubt me,
you must seek among these things.
You'll see me in the golden sun,
and on the eagles wings.

I'm on every snow tipped mountain,
and every towering tree.
You'll find me in the sunset,
in the rainbow and the sea.

Behold the velvet rose buds,
of crimson majesty.
It's within this wondrous world,
my children, you'll find me.



Ascension 

And when he had spoken these things
while they beheld, he was taken up
and a cloud received him out of their sight. 
And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel
Which also said, "Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? 
This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, 
shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."



SMALL HANDS

Small hands clasped
in youthful prayer
with innocent eyes
the future to share.

Suffer the Little Children
that come unto thee
Thank You Lord
for letting
one of them
be me.



Home at Last

His lord said unto him, Well done, 
thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, 
I will make thee ruler, over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord



Spirit of God
And I will pray to the Father
and He shall give you another Comforter
that He may abide with you for ever. 
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive
because it seeth Him not, neither knoweth Him: but ye know Him; for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 
I will not leave you comfortless
I will come to you. 
Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also



The Lord is my light and my salvation
whom shall I fear? 
The Lord is the strength of my life
of whom shall I be afraid?



Heavens Gate
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth
where moth and rust doth corrupt
and where thieves break through and steal. 
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven
where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt
and where thieves do not break through nor steal. 
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.



The Invitation

You are invited to come dine with me,
From now through all eternity.
Believe in the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost,
And dine with Jesus as your host.
To live in heaven eternally,
All you must do is...

Welcome Home
Welcome Home My Child My Son;
Your work on earth has been well done.

You have been a witness to many while on earth;
And you've shared the story about the miracle birth.

You never hid the fact that you loved Me,
You shared the Word no matter what the need be.

You spoke of Me often to family and friends;
And you showed how faith can strengthen and often mends.

You did your best to always give glory to Me;
And for this; you will live eternally.

And now the time has come for you to rest;
I'm taking you home as My special guest.

Welcome Home My daughter; My child; My son;
Your work on earth has been well done.



STRAIGHT FROM THE HEART

I said a prayer straight from the heart,
God knew I was sincere...
As I prayed for you today
The angels gathered near.

I asked God to give you strength
to face life's tide...
I told Him that an
angel was needed by your side.

I asked Him to toss your hurt
into the deep blue sea,
and let it's healing waters
remove the memory.

Tears are heavenly raindrops
God must send to cleanse the soul.
The storm will quickly be replaced
with the beauty of His rainbow.
