微信小程序swiper闪烁抖动卡死问题

将微信小程序切换到后台一段时间，再打开微信小程序，出现卡死闪烁抖动

如需同时设置索引值，并获取当前change事件
绑定事件animationfinish，在动画结束后进行赋值，避免出现闪烁卡死问题

仅需索引值，直接data定义current，监听change事件，给current赋值change返回的event.detail.current
